Sewell School is one of three elementary schools in Mantua Township. The school serves a kindergarten through fourth grade population of approximately 355 students. Our school curriculum includes programs in art, music, library, physical education, computer education, Spanish, speech, guidance, basic skills instruction, and enrichment. Each of these special areas is taught by a certified teacher holding the appropriate teaching certification. Our fourth grade students also have the opportunity to become involved with instrumental music, choir, band, and student council. Other exciting activities that take place each year include the art show, curriculum fair, and field day.

With regard to our school facility, the Sewell School has internet connections in each classroom which are connected to a Local Area Network. The Local Area Network is supported by a fiber optic connection which provides for the fastest possible communications both within and outside the school building. The school highlights a computer lab, a modern media center, full size gymnasium-cafeteria and a well equipped playground. Sewell School is fully air-conditioned and endeavors to provide the best possible learning environment for children.
